We’re embracing the step into spring at Skandiblog. Even more so over at Skandihome where there is a fresh collection of new rugs and runners to get excited over and spruce up your home ready for spring!
We’ve focused on some of the lovely patterned rugs from the new collection, and love how pattern can tie in shapes from the surrounding room, or add detail to a simple interior aesthetic. We’ve paired our favourites with a little interior inspiration to get those creative juices flowing!
We love this new addition, and as one of the larger rugs at Skandihome, it certainly makes a statement. Tassels are a favourite of ours, and the pattern adds to the textured feel. It looks both bold and extremely comfy for the toes! We would pair it with a white interior with hints of dusky pastels and pale wood to really make it stand out.
Green is staying for good this Spring, and in reply; Skandihome has brought out a dark green and natural rug complete with beautiful fringing. Also available in a lighter hue, this floor runner would make an eye-catching addition to a room punctuated with interior plants and lots of natural light!
The ‘Gustaf’ range at Skandihome has been a firm favourite among customers, and it’s time for a Spring revamp! Introducing two new colours, this pink version of the floor runner is bang on trend. The combination of the geometric pattern and playful colour would work perfectly in a room where pops of bright colour and clean crisp lines dominate.
The second new Gustaf rug is a contrasting black and white floor runner. We think this pattern and colour will make a more traditional Scandi room look stunning. We’re talking raw floorboards, brassy metal tones and timeless interior features!
