Light blue painted Dalahorse

The classic ‘Dalahäst’, symbol of Sweden, was always made of wood, then painted in most cases. Its origins come from the Vikings who considered the animal holly. The wooden horse was indeed a tribute to the loyal and hard-working comrade in agriculture and forestry many years ago. This decorative Dalahorse is made of polyresin, then painted in a soft blue colour. It makes a perfect gift for a Christening or any other special occasion.   Dimensions: W14 H14cm
