By presenting a stylish and well-groomed home to a potential buyer or tenant, it is surprising what even the smallest makeover can do to add value to your property. Generally, if you find yourself in this position, it is about spending as little as possible with the highest possible return. And that is something we know how to do!

This service can of course be used for a minor design change in a home you want to stay in as well, without going into any major structural alterations. Moving furniture around, adding lighting and decorative items, dressing a window or wallpapering a wall can revamp an entire home.

We suggest 5 steps:

1. On-site initial meeting to discuss your expectations, budget, ideas and preferences.
2. With all information in hand, a visual design suggestion and pricing is presented to you.
3. Once you are entirely happy with our suggestion, a schedule of costs and specifications will be offered to you. Once signed off, the design implementation begins.
4. All chosen products and fittings will be ordered by us to enable a coherent ordering and delivery process. As project managers we will supervise, liaise and co-ordinate existing suppliers and sub-contractors.
5. Finally, we will take care of all deliveries and installations to make sure the expected result is achieved in a hassle-free manner.

With just a little touch, the value of your property has now increased and you may well decide you want to stay!
